Do I need an Instagram account to use this?
No, you don't need to log in with your Instagram account. We never ask for your Instagram password. You simply enter the username of the public account you want to track.
Does this work on private accounts?
No. IGDetective only works on public Instagram profiles. We respect privacy settings and cannot access private accounts.
Will they know I'm tracking them?
Absolutely not. Our tracking is 100% anonymous. We have no idea who you are on Instagram, so there's no way they could know either.
Is this legal and safe?
Yes. We only analyze publicly available information that anyone can see on Instagram. We don't access private messages, hack accounts, or breach any Instagram rules.
Can IGDetective read DMs or private messages?
No. We don't access DMs and never promise anything against Instagram's rules. We only track public activity like follows, likes, and comments.
Is there a free version?
