How this directory works

  • Curated daily: the directory refreshes every 24 hours from publicly available Instagram data. New accounts that meet the criteria get added; accounts that drop below the floor or request removal disappear within 24 hours.
  • Public accounts only: the floor is 200K followers, 5+ posts, and an active profile picture. Private accounts and inactive profiles are excluded by design.
  • Removable on request: if you're the account owner (or their representative), use the β€œRequest removal” link on the per-account page. Pages are removed within 24 hours.
  • No Instagram login: tracking works entirely on publicly available data. The tracked account never sees you watching.
